Switch or create a workspace

Choose the correct business workspace and understand which settings and resources stay separate.

Before you start

Save unfinished edits before switching. You need membership of the destination workspace. Workspaces separate customer conversations, prompts, automations, connections, team access, and subscription allowances; switching does not copy these resources.

Switch workspaces

  1. Open the workspace selector showing the current workspace name.
  2. In Switch workspace, use Search workspaces if needed. Check both the name and your role. The active workspace is marked Current.
  3. Select the destination and wait for switching to finish. Check the new workspace name before opening or changing records.
  4. If you arrive at Your workspaces after signing in, choose a workspace there to continue.

Create a separate workspace

Where Create workspace is available in the selector, or on Your workspaces, open it. Enter a Workspace name of 2–100 characters and select Create workspace. If creation succeeds but the workspace does not open, use Open workspace on the success screen. Review its setup and Billing separately; creating another workspace does not transfer a subscription or credits from the current one.

If the workspace is missing

Clear the search and confirm you signed in with the invited email. Ask an admin of the destination to check membership. A new empty workspace will not restore access to an existing client's data. If a switch fails, read the error and retry after saving your work. Your profile stays associated with your account even when workspace content changes.
