Request access to or deletion of personal data
Understand the published privacy policy and send a request with the right account context.
Identify the request
SiloBox is operated by Engi Marketers LLC. Its Privacy Policy describes account, billing, support, usage, prompt, conversation, media, and integration information processed to provide the service. It states that customer prompts, messages, and other customer content are not used to train AI models. Processing content with an AI provider to generate a response is different from training; third-party account settings and terms still apply.
Open the Privacy Policy from the application's policy links for the complete current text. Depending on applicable law, requests can concern access, correction, deletion, a copy of personal data, restrictions or objections to processing, withdrawal of consent, or an appeal. If a SiloBox customer submitted your information, contact that customer first; support can help route the request.
Submit a privacy request
- Email support@getsilobox.com. “GDPR Request” is a suggested subject, not a requirement.
- State which action or right you want to exercise and identify the relevant account or workspace. Explain whether you are the account holder, an authorized workspace representative, or a contact whose data was submitted by a customer.
- Include enough context to locate the relevant data, without sending passwords, API keys, full card details, or unrelated customer records.
- Respond to reasonable requests to verify identity and authority. Support handles the request under the published policy and applicable deadlines; do not assume that sending an email instantly deletes data.
Retention and shared workspaces
The policy states retention after account or workspace closure is up to 12 months, or earlier following a verified deletion request. You can request immediate deletion; handling begins promptly after verification, while completion can require processing and provider coordination. Tax, legal, security, or dispute records may need retention, and restricted backup copies can remain until normal expiry.
Deleting a user account does not automatically delete a shared workspace or another customer's content. A plan's visible chat-history window is not a deletion schedule. Resetting a chat preserves earlier history and contact facts; exporting Contacts creates a copy and does not delete data. Specify the scope you intend so support can confirm the appropriate action.
