Update your profile and interface language
Change your name, save a profile picture, and choose English, Spanish, or Portuguese.
Before you start
Sign in to your own account. Your profile is shared across your workspaces, and your name identifies the author of prompt versions you publish. Workspace pictures and timezone are separate settings.
Edit your profile
- Open your profile menu and choose Settings.
- Edit First name and Last name, then select Save and wait for Saved. Email is read-only in this form.
- In Profile picture, choose a JPEG, PNG, or WebP file no larger than 2 MB. Review the preview and select Save picture. Selecting a file alone does not upload it.
- Wait for Picture saved. To clear a saved picture, choose Remove picture.
Choose the interface language
Use the language selector with the globe icon and select English, Español, or Português. Portuguese is Brazilian Portuguese; English is the default. The interface refreshes in the chosen language. This changes interface text, not your saved prompts, customer messages, API identifiers, or other user-authored content.
Check the result
Reopen Settings to check the saved name and picture. If an image is rejected, check its actual format and size, then choose a supported file. If the name does not save, fill both required name fields and read the displayed error. To change a workspace picture, open Workspace settings with management permission instead.
