Your agreement with us
These Terms govern your use of SiloBox, operated by Engi Marketers LLC. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Fair Usage Policy. The Privacy Policy explains our data practices. You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement and authority to act for any organization you represent.
Accounts and customer content
Keep your account details accurate and protect your credentials. You are responsible for authorized users, integrations and activity in your workspace. You retain ownership of your content and grant us permission to process it to provide the service as described in the Privacy Policy. You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit that content. SiloBox software and branding remain ours or our licensors’.
Subscriptions, cancellation and refunds
Paid subscriptions renew monthly at the price shown at checkout unless canceled before renewal. You can manage cancellation through Billing or contact support. Cancellation leaves access active until the end of the paid period, unless access is suspended for a policy violation. Payments are non-refundable, including unused time, unused credits and suspension or termination for violations, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Third-party fees are separate.
Independent service and third parties
SiloBox and Engi Marketers LLC are independent and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or officially partnered with OpenAI, Manychat, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp or other third-party providers mentioned on this site. Their names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Integrations do not imply affiliation. Third-party services have their own terms, charges and privacy practices and may change, restrict or discontinue access.
Customer responsibility and release
You are responsible for your prompts, automations, messages, recipient consent and compliance with laws and platform rules. Review and test AI outputs before relying on them; they may be inaccurate, inappropriate or incomplete and are not professional advice. To the extent permitted by law, you assume the risks of your use and release Engi Marketers LLC from claims arising from your content or instructions, AI outputs and third-party outages, account restrictions or business outcomes. This does not release liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Disclaimers and one-month liability cap
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SiloBox is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or any business result. We exclude indirect, incidental, consequential and special damages, including lost profits, revenue or data. Engi Marketers LLC’s total aggregate liability arising from or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid to Engi Marketers LLC for SiloBox during the one month immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. These exclusions, the release and the cap do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct or any liability or consumer right that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited.
Suspension and changes
We may throttle, suspend or terminate access for violations, non-payment, security threats or legally required action. Where practical, we will explain the issue and allow correction; urgent risks may require immediate action. Suspension for a violation does not entitle you to a refund, subject to mandatory law. Material policy changes will be communicated through the service or email before taking effect where required. Updated policies will show their effective date.
Governing law and mandatory rights
Delaware, USA law governs these Terms, excluding conflict-of-law rules, except where the mandatory law of your place of residence applies. Nothing in these policies waives non-waivable consumer, privacy or other statutory rights. Contact support first so we can try to resolve a dispute.
