Affiliate terms

Participation requires manual approval and an accepted partner agreement. Standard commission is 20% for 12 calendar months from the referred customer’s first successful paid subscription invoice. A written individual agreement may specify a different rate or duration.

Only eligible collected SiloBox subscription amounts after discounts earn commission, excluding tax and refunded amounts. Free, internal, comped Agency Client accounts, historical purchases, self-referrals, and separate Manychat or OpenAI charges are excluded. Plan changes and restarts do not reset the commission period.

Payouts are scheduled monthly and require review, at least $50 in approved earnings, and at least 30 days after payment. Individual enhanced review or hold terms apply only when disclosed and agreed. Refunds and disputes reverse related commissions; already paid amounts may be adjusted against future earnings.

Independent agency clients own their accounts and pay SiloBox directly. Agency staff receive access only through explicit client invitations using existing roles and user limits. Shared IP addresses or staff membership alone do not establish a self-referral. Client discounts require a separately approved offer.

Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship. Do not fabricate customers, force referral redirects, stuff cookies, make misleading claims, or use unauthorized brand bidding. Paid advertising requires prior approval. We may hold affected commissions during fraud review and record the reason.

We may suspend participation for abuse or terminate the program with notice. Changes apply prospectively under the accepted agreement; valid accrued commissions remain subject to eligibility, refund, and review rules. Contact SiloBox support for questions, disputed decisions, or appeals.
